Executor verification and supporting documentation

Uploaded death certificate or legal notice

System inactivity trigger (if enabled)

Your vault content will be released only to the designated beneficiaries according to your settings. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate assignments, outdated information, or unverified accounts.

5. Termination of Use

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service for violations of these Terms or other harmful conduct. In case of termination, your stored data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform "as is" and make no warranties or guarantees regarding uptime, uninterrupted access, or absolute data recovery. We are not liable for:

Data loss caused by user actions

Missed communications due to incorrect beneficiary data

Delays in death verification outside our control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for premium access in the 12 months prior to the claim.

All platform content—including logos, graphics, code, and design—is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the service without written permission.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or through the site.
